Our Moose Factory offices will become fully open to the public beginning June 1st, 2022. Appointments will no longer be required. Face masks, social distancing, and hand sanitizing protocols will continue to be followed.
The Moose Factory Dog Program has become aware of two recent dog deaths due to parvovirus. This virus is deadly to unvaccinated dogs and especially pups.
Dredging of the channel between Moosonee and Moose Factory is required and will begin in early June with partial service expected to begin June 15th or earlier.
A decrease in water pressure will begin on May 18th from 6 pm to 6 am. The water plant experienced issues that resulted in a depleted reservoir. The issues have not affected the water quality.
