Following a careful process to recruit and select trustees for the Moose Cree First Nation Trust, Chief & Council are pleased to announce the appointment of four trustees.
The MCFN Trust requires individuals with diverse skill sets and a passion to contribute to the prosperity of the nation to guide and oversee what will become a multimillion-dollar fund.
Membership voted in favour of the Trust Agreement. As a result, a portion of our Self-Generated Revenue will be put into the Trust on an annual basis to be invested.
What are the next steps? Chief Mervin Cheechoo explains in this update.
