In an attempt to address the loose dog situation in our community, the following directive will be implemented immediately: All loose dogs will be captured and owners will be responsible to pay the release fee to claim their pet. Failure to do so will result in rehoming in the south.

The Moose Factory Dog Control Program resumes after being briefly paused in September.
