A water leak on TC Drive was reported by a member of the community this morning and repairs are in progress. Contractors and Public Works are currently working on isolating valves but frozen ground is making repairs difficult.

The leak is significant so we ask the community to conserve water during this time. Please postpone activities that use a lot of water, such as flooding rinks, etc., until the repairs are completed. We need your support conserving water to avoid reducing pressure in the evening.

After the repairs residents could experience discoloured and/or cloudy water conditions and may have also experienced a temporary drop in water pressure. If you experience discolouration in your water, please let your water run a few minutes until it clears.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Kind regards,
Ontario Clean Water Agency
