With the decrease of COVID-19 cases within the Town of Moosonee and the community of Moose Factory Island, the lockdown of Moose Factory Island shall be lifted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.

4. Although the lockdown has been lifted, all vehicles, and those walking or travelling on snowmobiles to and from Moose Factory Island must continue to stop at the screening checkpoint at the barge landing.

8. Double-masks and physical distancing are mandatory at funerals.

20. All schools and daycares in Moose Factory Island are exempted from this By-Law, on the condition that safety measures approved by the PEOT are implemented.

21. All spiritual services including traditional ceremonies and churches in Moose Factory Island are exempted from this By-Law, on the condition that safety measures approved by the PEOT are implemented.
