A unique empowerment program focused on the development and delivery of community action projects for physical and mental health and wellness in nine host Nishnawbe Aski Nation communities.

Gain community development skills and competencies to develop and implement community-specific strategies to improve the physical and mental wellness of the community you live in.

Understand your community’s challenges and opportunities and learn strategies to influence change.

Facilitate the revitalization of the strong partnerships between indigenous men and women of the past for stronger and healthier communities for today and tomorrow.

Empowerment of indigenous women through physical and mental health and wellness for healthy children, family, and friends in stronger and healthier communities.
