This By-Law will remain in effect until February 26, 2021

Amendments:

WHEREAS, Ontario is now in the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic with an average of 3,000 new cases per day as of January 5, 2021.

WHEREAS the Porcupine Health Unit has confirmed that the five confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Moose Factory have been resolved as of January 3, 2021. However, we must continue to practice the safety measures due to the virus continuing to circulate in the region.

25. As per Council Motion #2021-10-359 passed on January 5, 2021, this bylaw will remain in force for an additional fifty-two days (52) days to February 26, 2021, unless that time period is extended or abridged by resolution of Council.
