Amendment to Pandemic By-Law

1. The best defense against the virus is getting vaccinated, including both doses and the booster. To make an appointment with the Health Centre call 705-658-4220.

2. The mandatory community curfew for Moose Factory Island is lifted.

4. Masks and physical distancing are required for all indoor and outdoor gatherings

17. Residents and non-residents of Moose Factory Island ages 12 years and up, who are vaccinated with three doses, are exempt from the travel quarantine.

18. Children aged 5-11 who have both doses, that travel, are exempt from travel quarantine.

19. Residents and non-residents who are vaccinated with two doses, that travel, must quarantine for three (3) days at their residence or, if visiting, at the residence of family or friends.

20. Residents and non-residents of Moose Factory Island who are unvaccinated, that travel, must quarantine for five (5) days at their own residence or, if visiting, at the residence of family or friends.

21. Those who have recently travelled, regardless of their vaccination status, must not visit homes of vulnerable community members.

Bylaw will remain in force until March 18, 2022
