Date: Tuesday, August 29, 2023
Area Affected: Moose Factory Island

There will be some activity with hydrants which may stir up particles in the distribution system. As a result, residents may experience discoloured and/or cloudy water conditions and may also experience a temporary drop in water pressure.

The safety of the water will not be affected by this routine sampling.

If you experience discolouration or dirt in your water, please let your water run a few minutes until it clears.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you continue to have a problem, please contact the Water Treatment Plant at (705) 658-2034.

Kind regards,
Ontario Clean Water Agency
