Niska 1 Ferry Service for 2023

OSTC has granted approval to begin operations of Niska 1 Ferry on Monday, June 19, 2023

Niska 1 ferry is to operate at high-tide levels only
For the week of June 19^th – 23^rd, service will be offered Monday to Friday
FOR THE WEEKS FOLLOWING, NISKA WILL OPERATE MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAYS ONLY. Tuesday and Thursday, service will be provided by Innes Transport at Niska ferry rates
Dredging of channel from cut way to Moose Factory landing will begin on June 26^th
Niska 1 ferry service and dredging operations will need to coordinate activities due to the narrow area where dredging is to be done, cut way to Moose Factory barge landing
