Niska 1 Ferry Service for 2023

OSTC has granted approval to begin operations of Niska 1 Ferry on Monday, June 19, 2023

• Niska 1 ferry is to operate at high-tide levels only
• For the week of June 19^th – 23^rd, service will be offered Monday to Friday
• FOR THE WEEKS FOLLOWING, NISKA WILL OPERATE MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAYS ONLY. Tuesday and Thursday, service will be provided by Innes Transport at Niska ferry rates
• Dredging of channel from cut way to Moose Factory landing will begin on June 26^th
• Niska 1 ferry service and dredging operations will need to coordinate activities due to the narrow area where dredging is to be done, cut way to Moose Factory barge landing
