Message from Niska 1 Ferry Management

Complex RE LP along with Owen Sound Transportation Company would like to encourage users of the Niska 1 Ferry to plan ahead when booking the ferry.

Due to extremely low water so far this season, several Niska 1 Ferry trips have been cancelled.

If you are booking the ferry so you can take your vehicle to ONR, it may be worthwhile to book the ferry one day in advance to ensure your vehicle makes it on the train.

We will advise users of low water conditions as they are brought to our attention.

You may also want to consider booking the ferry during high tides to ensure there is no interruptions to your plans. Tide tables for Moosonee can be found here. www.dfo-mpo.gc.ca

We ask for your patience and understanding during these times as they are beyond our control.

For further inquiries please contact Peter Wesley at 705-658-4335.
