Introducing new initiatives for Indigenous communities:

Two new initiatives will help make it easier for people in Indigenous communities to access our programs:  the Virtual SIN Clinic and the Virtual Outreach Clinic.

During a Virtual SIN Clinic, we can assist clients with completing Social Insurance Number applications online and make sure that they include the correct documents to attach to their applications. One of our other agents would then process each application right away and arrange to have the SIN Confirmation Letter sent by mail within 10 business days.

During a Virtual Outreach Clinic, we can assist clients with questions about any of our other programs and services including Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security, Passports, and more.

How to request assistance:

If you require assistance accessing services, please complete an online request at:

eServiceCanada Request Form

Or call 1-877-355-2657 or TTY: 1-833-719-2657
