I know that many of us are tired of the pandemic and the restrictions that have been in place for so long, however we must all continue to be careful and think of the vulnerable in our community.
In my update to you on Friday, February 4th our number of cases was at thirty-seven (37). Since then, there have been an additional thirty-seven (37) for a total of seventy-four (74) cases. However, thirteen (13) cases were resolved today so as of 4 pm today there are sixty-one (61) cases in Moose Factory Island.
Please do your part in stopping the spread of COVID-19 in Moose Factory by following these safety recommendations:
- Stay home as much as possible
- Do not have visitors in your home, including relatives
We will continue to monitor this situation in the coming days. I urge everyone to remain calm and to strictly follow the above recommendations.
