With direction from MCFN Chief and Council, a Health Advisory Working Group related to MCFN Health Transformation is being created. This Working Group will function to advise and provide direction to the Health Renewal Team and MCFN Chief and Council. They will be heavily involved in discussions about the future of MCFN Health.

This Working Group is looking for one (1) MCFN community member with a strong background in health and/or politics to help form our MCFN Health Transformation Advisory Working Group.

In addition to the community member, the Working Group will also be comprised of the MCFN Chief, MCFN Council Members and a Moose Factory Health Centre Nurse.

If you have any questions about this or would like to view a Terms of Reference, please contact Melanie Lazarus by calling 705-662-3254 or via email.

If interested, please submit a letter of interest outlining your relevant experience to the Health Renewal Coordinator, Melanie Lazarus, via email at or drop off your letter of interest to the Health Services Receptionist.

Please submit your Letter of Interest before August 26, 2019 @ 4:00 pm.
