Good day Moose Cree Members,
My name is Alaina Creighton, and I am the new Collections Officer for Moose Cree First Nation. I started my position on April 20, 2021, and I have been settling into my new role by:
- Reviewing the previous collection files to gather an idea of Moose Cree’s deficit
- I’ve had the opportunity to speak with a few members, and I hope to meet more of you
- Creating new reports for Members to understand their outstanding amounts
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding your account and I will either review or redirect your concerns to the appropriate director(s) if need be. Or if you’ve had any outstanding issues that have not been addressed since the position was vacant, please follow up with me.
If you are currently paying your rent and utilities online and would like to be added to our pre-authorized EFT uploads instead – please send me an email or phone my extension and I can start this for you. The column on the left includes Moose Cree’s withdrawal dates that we have right now.
I am currently still in the process of collecting all previous documents, and then I will be able to fully audit accounts. If you would like to set up a general/temporarily unreviewed repayment plan for your arrears at this time, please email me or phone my extension.

Group A: 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month
Group B: 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month
Monthly: 1st and 15th of the month**
*Or on the following business day if these dates fall on the weekend or holiday.

- MCFN Account Holders Name
- The monthly amount for repayment
- Banking information if opting for pre-authorized payments
