Moose Cree First Nation’s Housing Department is seeking the services of a General Contractor to restore three (3) vacant apartments containing 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms.
SCOPE OF SERVICES: General Contractor
ISSUANCE DATE: Friday, August 23, 2024
TENDER DURATION: Four (4) weeks
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Friday, September 20, 2024 @ 11:59pm
BID SUBMISSION: Qualified bidders that are interested in submitting a bid can request a bidding package via email at: with “TNDR-HSG-2024-010” in the subject line.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) Clearance Certificate
- Proof of $2 Million Liability Insurance Coverage
All bids must be delivered via email to Pamela Corston, Project Manager, . All submissions must include the Tender ID “TNDR-HSG-2024-010” and must be received before the submission deadline in order to be considered for evaluation.
While MCFN appreciate bids from all interested parties, priority will be given to contractors local to the Moose Factory / Moosonee area.
