Construction and Maintenance Electrician with Red Seal Endorsement

Job Location: Moose Factory, ON


Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Construction and Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installation, repairs, and general maintenance on all electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications within the building envelope.



  1. Canadian Red Seal Endorsement
  2. Minimum Six (6) years combined experience as an apprentice and a certified Construction Electrician.
  3. In depth working knowledge of the Electrical Energy Code of Canada
  4. General knowledge on the practical application of plumbing and mechanical principles.
  5. Ability to read, apply and understand related laws, regulations, policies, and codes of the electrical trade.
  6. Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  7. Good written and verbal skills.
  8. Good computer knowledge.
  9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  10. Must Provide a recent satisfactory C.P.I.C. or proof of application.
  11. Ability to speak Cree language considered an asset.
  12. Valid class “G” Driver’s License or willing to obtain within a reasonable period.
  13. Provide copies of certificates, diplomas/degrees along with submitted resume.


Salary: $84,240.00 – $97,676.80


Duration: Permanent with 3 months’ probation
